Start Your Batch On-Site

Stop by for a quick 10-minute visit to pitch your yeast. From there, we take care of the fermentation process in our temperature-controlled facility.

Wait and Let Us Do the Work

Over the next 4 to 8 weeks, your wine will go through fermentation, stabilization, and clarification—no work required on your part.

Bottle and Enjoy

Return to bottle your wine using our clean, easy-to-use bottling equipment. Leave with up to 30 bottles ready to enjoy or share.
